Can I take a Self Guided Tour even when the Office is closed?
Yes, you can take a Self Guided Tour of your favorite apartment daily from 6:00am – 8:00pm, even on Holidays!
What parking options are available at this community?
College View offers free surface lot parking for residents.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
Each resident has access to the SpaceCT towing app, which allows them to register their visitors and prevent unauthorized towing. Residents are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to ensure all visitors are properly registered in accordance with community parking rules.
What are your community’s pool hours?
10 AM to 10 PM
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Yes we issue wrist bands for two adults in each unit.
What are the Pest Control Service Days?
Wednesdays
Are mailbox numbers different from apartment numbers?
No they are the same numbers as front doors.
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
10:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Where are the grills and what type are they?
One grill inside pool area another grill in a picnic area available 10 AM to 10 PM.
What are the Cable TV/Wi-Fi provider speed and phone number?
Xfinity Bulk Wifi
Who are the water and/or electricity provider and how can I contact them for service setup?
Water provided electricity must be set up my resident.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Carbage collection is schedule Sunday through Thursday after 6pm valet trash does not pick up on Friday or Saturdays. .
Where is the dog park?
Our dog park is located in the courtyard between building 6 and 4 directly across from our pool.
